At a class 8 construction company with 150 employees (as many workers as employees), safety has been key for years.
But after years of attention to ergonomics and protective equipment, they wanted to go one step further: not only work safely, but also stay energetic and healthy, on and off the site.
The program: Powertalk 'Water' + Health Scan
With YOBOO's Powertalk 'Water', employees discovered how hydration affects their concentration, recovery and performance.
In addition, they had a health scan performed with:

- 20 minutes of personal coaching

The result

Energy as a connecting factor for consultants
A Belgian consultancy company noticed that consultants, spread across various projects, felt less connected to the parent company. They wanted to invest in their people again and chose health as a common denominator. A theme that enhances both well-being and returns.

The sessions brought colleagues together and provided practical energy boosts. In this way, health became a lever for connection and motivation.
Preventive wellbeing in the workplace
At one of the largest employers in Europe, active in the IT sector, they believe that healthy employees perform better and have more focus.
The program: Health Scan
To provide employees with preventive insight into their physical balance and energy, the Health Scan program was set up. The first 30 sessions were completed in half an hour, so three additional days were scheduled.
During the sessions, employees performed a multi-scan, followed by personal physical coaching with targeted tips to improve their well-being and performance.
The result
The program provided a anonymized business report with organizational level insight, allowing management to focus on well-being and sustainable employability.
Stronger at work: employability on the move
This year, an international player in machine rental wanted to actively support not only its employees, but also 800 workers.
The program: Performance Check with eforto
For 52 team leaders, the Performance Check process started with eforto, where employees had their physical resilience measured and analyzed in personal sessions.

Hydration integrated into the existing Fit @Work policy
A government company in the media sector has a strong Fit @Work policy and wanted employees extra motivation to healthy habits in their daily lives.
The program: Powertalk 'Water'
The session offered new insights into the importance of hydration for energy, concentration and recovery. In this way, she supplemented the existing prevention offer with a fresh and accessible approach.

For years, an international pharmaceutical company focused on growth, targets and results. The increasing pressure led to more complaints and high absenteeism.
Management decided to take a different approach: from performing at the expense of people to performing thanks to people.
The program: Boost process for managers
With the Boost program, managers received tools to structurally embed well-being in their team.
The process included a kick-off, three coaching sessions, two Health Scans and a Wellbeing questionnaire via the Yoboo app. Through interim reports, progress became visible, in behavior and mindset.
