Energy as a connecting factor for consultants
A Belgian consultancy company noticed that consultants, spread across various projects, felt less connected to the parent company. They wanted to invest in their people again and chose health as a common denominator. A theme that enhances both well-being and returns.

Preventive wellbeing in the workplace
At one of the largest employers in Europe, active in the IT sector, they believe that healthy employees perform better and have more focus.
The program: Health Scan
To provide employees with preventive insight into their physical balance and energy, the Health Scan program was set up. The first 30 sessions were completed in half an hour, so three additional days were scheduled.
During the sessions, employees performed a multi-scan, followed by personal physical coaching with targeted tips to improve their well-being and performance.

The program provided a anonymized business report with organizational level insight, allowing management to focus on well-being and sustainable employability.
Hydration integrated into the existing Fit @Work policy
A government company in the media sector has a strong Fit @Work policy and wanted employees extra motivation to healthy habits in their daily lives.
The program: Powertalk 'Water'

With the Boost program, managers received tools to structurally embed well-being in their team.
The process included a kick-off, three coaching sessions, two Health Scans and a Wellbeing questionnaire via the Yoboo app. Through interim reports, progress became visible, in behavior and mindset.
