Track it. Feel it. Explore it. Why the future of health is personal | Olivier Kleynjans

In December 2025, Olivier Kleynjans, founder of Yoboo, took the stage at a TEDx event to share his vision on health, lifestyle, and human potential.
During his talk, Olivier critically examined the current pressure on our healthcare system and the way we live today. Rather than advocating for quick fixes or artificial additions, he called for a fundamental shift in mindset. True progress, he argued, does not come from ready-made success formulas, but from small, conscious habits that feel personal and are driven by intrinsic motivation.
A story rooted in experience
After more than ten years of playing hockey at the highest level, Olivier learned how even the smallest adjustments in daily routines can have a significant impact on performance and wellbeing. This fascination with human potential led to a seven-year career as a sports physiotherapist, where he supported both elite athletes and everyday individuals in recovery, growth, and balance.
Today, Olivier translates these lessons into Yoboo, a healthtech startup with a clear mission: to help people optimize their lifestyle and feel more energized and healthier. In his TEDx talk, he demonstrated how science, technology, and personal guidance can work together to drive sustainable behavioral change, without strict rules, but through realistic steps tailored to each individual.
