Get to know Yoboo through a starter session. This session is built around a personal approach: you choose your own coach, gain insight into your lifestyle, and conclude the session with a concrete plan.

How does a starter session work?
Choose your coach in the app and book a session.
You decide which coach you want to work with.
Complete the Lifestyle Test in advance on the Yoboo app.
This test maps out six pillars: sugars, sleep, stress, intoxication, activity, and gut flora.
Discuss your results during the online session.
Together with your coach, you'll review the test results and create a personalized action plan tailored to your situation and needs.
Follow the plan independently.
