The Withings Sleep Analyzer
After booking, you will receive the Withings Sleep Analyzer at home. This will help you gain better insight into your sleep. The sensor automatically measures sleep cycles, movement, breathing, and heart rate during the night, among other things.
Together with your coach, you will use these insights to build habits and actions that contribute to deeper and more restorative sleep.
How does a Sleep Program work?
Session 1: Start & insights
We start by gaining insight into your lifestyle and sleep based on the Yoboo Lifestyle Test. You'll receive an explanation on how to use the Sleep Analyzer, and we'll immediately define concrete actions to improve your sleep.
Session 2: Follow-up & in-depth analysis
We analyze your sleep data and refine the actions based on what the sensor has measured.
Session 3: Evaluation & next steps
We evaluate your progress, review the sleep improvements achieved, and determine the next steps for further optimization.

5. Book your first session
6. Complete the Yoboo Lifestyle Test
