With the Yoboo Lifestyle Program, you go beyond a single session. Together with your coach, you will build concrete, achievable habits over 59 days – with follow-up and adjustments where necessary.

How does the lifestyle program work?
Choose your coach in the app and book your program.
You decide which coach you want to work with.
Gain insight into your lifestyle.
Complete the Lifestyle Test in advance on the Yoboo app. This test assesses six pillars: sugars, sleep, stress, intoxication, activity, and gut flora.
Collaborate on personal actions.
During the sessions, you and your coach will discuss your results and work step-by-step on achievable actions that fit into your daily life.
Evaluate your progress together with your coach.
During the follow-up sessions, you'll review together what's going well, where additional support is needed, and how you can further refine your actions.
Build lasting change.
Together, you'll work towards habits that are sustainable long-term and contribute to more energy and a healthier lifestyle.
